Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

Tigers Global Logistics Limited and Tigers UK Holdings Limited (Tigers) is committed to driving out acts of modern slavery and human trafficking within its business and that from within it supply chains, including subcontractors and partners.

We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships wherever we operate. We expect all those in our supply chain and contractors to comply with our values.

Tigers acknowledges responsibility to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will ensure transparency within the company and with suppliers of goods within the business.

As part of Tigers due diligence processes into slavery and human trafficking the supplier approval process will incorporate a review of the controls undertaken by the supplier.

Imported goods from outside the UK and EU are potentially more at risk for slavery/human trafficking issues which will be continually be monitored.

Tigers will not support or deal with any business knowlingly involved in slavery or human trafficking.

Tigers Directors and Senior Management shall take responsibility for implementing this policy statement and shall provide adequate resources (training, awareness etc) to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within the company and within its supply chains.

The company will take appropriate action for violations of our values up to including taking disciplinary action for employees and termination of services within the supply chain.

A copy of this policy will be accessible to all employees electronically with a copy of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 available upon request. Our policy will be reviewed on a regular basis by or on behalf of the Managing Director.
