During the past few months Tigers has celebrated new appointments and promotions within the management team at offices in the UK, Europe, and Asia.
The moves are part of Tigers’ ongoing global expansion and development plan.
Starting with the UK, Sharon Page has been promoted to Director Freight Forwarding for Europe. Sharon joined Tigers just two years ago but has already successfully implemented improvements and delivered positive growth within the team and business.
In Europe, Rotterdam-based Ryan Balic has been named as the new Regional Director Sales for Europe. Ryan has been with Tigers for 20 years and is helping to oversee the development of the new Rotterdam mega hub, as well as driving regional and global growth.
Also in Europe, Tigers has welcomed Piet Hein Roelofsen to the team as Regional Director Logistics. Piet is a supply chain engineer with extensive industry experience and he has joined the Europe management team at an exciting time of growth.
In Asia, Eddie Chang has joined Tigers as the Managing Director for Tigers Malaysia, based in Kuala Lumpur. Eddie has more than 20 years of experience in the global transportation and logistics industry and will be responsible for all profit, loss, and growth matters in Malaysia.
Joining Eddie in Malaysia is Elizabeth Kee who is the new Head of Sales Support and Agency Development based at the Klang office. Elizabeth has worked in local and international freight forwarding for 19 years, and at Tigers she will focus on trade lanes and business development.
And finally, in Australia, Matthew Thompson has joined the finance team as Head of Management Accounting, Australia, at the Tigers Melbourne office.
